SCRJI is co-sponsoring a virtual symposium series, “Restorative Justice Origins, Applications, and Futures,” being hosted by the UCLA School of Law’s Criminal Justice Law Review and Criminal Justice Program on November 3rd, 5th, and 10th. This symposium series will provide law students and faculty with an understanding of the foundations of restorative justice, how restorative justice can be used as an alternative to the criminal and juvenile legal systems, and the ways that restorative justice can be taught in law schools.

This series is also co-sponsored by UCLA School of Law’s Public Interest Law and Policy Program and The Promise Institute for Human Rights, the Center on Negotiation and Mediation at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, and The Aoki Center for Critical Race and Nation Studies at UC Davis.
